In certain cases where an order is deemed eligible for a refund following a review, the refunded amount will be made available within the buyer's MythrilVault Wallet.

Wallet balances can be used toward future purchases on the platform.

Refund Handling

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

• •The issue is reported within the active warranty period
• •Platform rules have been followed
• •A dispute review confirms refund eligibility

Orders that are completed or whose warranty period has expired are generally considered final unless a serious platform policy violation is identified.
