Support Beyond Vault Shield Coverage
The expiration of Vault Shield coverage does not mean the end of platform support.
If a buyer experiences behavior that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates MythrilVault policies, even after the Vault Shield warranty period has ended — they may still contact MythrilVault Support.
When to Contact Support After Coverage Expires
In such cases:

- •Transaction history and platform data may be examined
- •Appropriate action may be taken against users who violate platform rules
While Vault Shield coverage is time-limited, MythrilVault remains committed to maintaining a safe and fair marketplace.

Vault Shield coverage defines the period during which transactional protection applies. However, platform rules, enforcement actions, and support reviews remain active at all times. Abuse, scams, or policy violations may be investigated regardless of warranty status.
