Issues & Disputes
This section explains how buyers should handle order-related issues and how disputes are reviewed on MythrilVault.
Issues With Your Order
If you experience a problem with your order, you must act within the allowed timeframes.
Common issues include:
- •Incorrect or incomplete account details
- •Inability to access the delivered account
- •Delayed delivery
- •Delivery marked as completed incorrectly
Buyers should report issues as soon as they are identified.
Seller Did Not Deliver Within the Promised Time
If the seller fails to deliver within the stated delivery timeframe:
- •Do not confirm delivery.
- •Contact the seller through the MythrilVault chat system.
- •Open a dispute if delivery is not completed within the allowed window.
Orders may be reviewed or canceled based on seller compliance and platform rules.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive valid account details:
- •Do not confirm delivery.
- •Open a dispute immediately.
- •Provide any relevant information or screenshots if requested.
Failure to open a dispute within the active warranty period may result in the order being marked as completed.
Should I Confirm Delivery Before Receiving the Item?
No.
Buyers should never confirm delivery unless they have:
- •Received the account or item
- •Successfully accessed the account
- •Verified the details are correct
Confirming delivery early may result in loss of buyer protection.
TradeShield (Buying)
TradeShield is MythrilVault's buyer protection system.
TradeShield:
- •Holds funds until delivery is confirmed
- •Allows buyers to report issues within the warranty period
- •Enables dispute review based on evidence and platform rules
TradeShield does not cover issues reported after the warranty period expires.

Steps to open a dispute:
- Go to your Purchased Orders.
- Select the relevant order.
- Contact MythrilVault Support through the support channel found on lower right of the home screen.
- Provide clear details of the issue and any requested information.
Both buyers and sellers may be required to submit evidence during the review process.
Dispute Review Process
- •Disputes are reviewed by MythrilVault's moderation team.
- •Decisions are based on submitted evidence, transaction data, and platform policies.
- •Dispute outcomes are final and binding.
Important Notice: Disputes must be opened within the active warranty period. Orders that are auto-confirmed or completed after the warranty expires may not be eligible for review.
