Order Delivery
This section explains how buyers receive their purchases on MythrilVault and what to do during the delivery process.
How Do I Receive My Order?
After completing a purchase, order delivery depends on the delivery method selected by the seller.
- •Instant Delivery:
Account details or digital information will be available immediately in your Purchased Orders section.
- •Non-Instant Delivery:
The seller will deliver the order through the MythrilVault chat system within the stated delivery time.
Buyers should monitor their order page and messages until delivery is completed.
How Do I Receive Account Information From My Seller?
Account credentials are delivered securely through:
- •The Purchased Orders page (instant delivery), or
- •The MythrilVault chat system (non-instant delivery)
Buyers must not confirm delivery until they have successfully accessed the account.
Currency / Item Delivery Methods (Coming Soon)
Delivery of in-game items or currency is currently under development and not yet available on MythrilVault.
Detailed delivery rules and timelines will be published once this feature is launched.
Account Warranty (Platform Default)
All account purchases on MythrilVault are covered by a default platform warranty system.
How the warranty system works:
- After payment is completed, the seller provides the account details.
- The buyer must review the account and confirm successful access.
- If the buyer does not manually confirm delivery, the order will be automatically confirmed after X time.
- Once delivery is confirmed, the order enters a warranty period.
- After X time following confirmation, the order is marked as completed, and the warranty period ends.
This system is designed to:
- •Protect both buyers and sellers
- •Ensure timely confirmations
- •Prevent abuse or indefinite order holding
- •Maintain a fair and transparent marketplace
Warranty Conditions
- •Buyers must secure the account immediately after receiving access.
- •Any issues must be reported within the active warranty period.
- •Once the warranty period expires, the order is considered final.
- •Claims submitted after the warranty period ends may not be reviewed but we will still assist the buyers to our best capabilities.
Buyer Responsibilities During Delivery
Buyers are responsible for:
- •Reviewing delivered account details promptly.
- •Confirming delivery only after successful access.
- •Reporting issues within the allowed timeframe.
- •Securing account credentials immediately after access is granted.
Failure to take action within the confirmation window may result in automatic order confirmation and warranty expiration.
Important Notice: The default warranty and auto-confirmation system exists to ensure platform safety, prevent disputes, and support fair trade between buyers and sellers. Abuse of this system may result in account restrictions.
