Mythril Vault ("Mythril Vault," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Site, you agree to comply with this Policy and to respect the intellectual property of third parties.

This Policy applies to:

• All content submitted, uploaded, posted, or shared by Users on Mythril Vault, including listings, images, videos, text, or other materials ("User Content").

Mythril Vault acts as a neutral intermediary. We do not claim ownership of User Content or any Digital Items listed by Users.

Your notice must include:

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your content is removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your contact information, including phone number and email address.
• Consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate federal court for your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Mythril Vault may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the timeframe allowed by law.

Mythril Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Mythril Vault is not responsible for User Content or for any infringements committed by Users.

We do not monitor User Content proactively, but we will respond to proper DMCA notices promptly.

Users agree that Mythril Vault is not liable for any damages arising from content removal, account suspension, or other enforcement actions taken under this Policy.

Users must ensure they have the rights or permission to post, list, or sell any content or Digital Items.

Users agree to indemnify Mythril Vault against claims of copyright infringement arising from their actions.
