What Vault Shield Covers
Vault Shield covers:
- •Non-delivery within stated timeframes
- •Incorrect or invalid account details
- •Orders marked delivered incorrectly
- •Disputes raised within the warranty period
What Vault Shield Does NOT Cover
Vault Shield does not cover:
- •Issues reported after warranty expiration
- •Buyer negligence (failure to secure account)
- •Game publisher bans or restrictions
- •Actions taken outside the platform
Vault Shield Limitations
- •Coverage is time-limited
- •Buyers must act within the allowed timeframes
- •Sellers must comply with delivery requirements
- •Vault Shield cannot be extended or bypassed
Platform Safety & Fair Trade
Vault Shield exists to:
- •Protect platform integrity
- •Ensure fair trade for both parties
- •Reduce fraud and disputes
- •Maintain a transparent marketplace
Abuse of Vault Shield may result in enforcement action.
