Seller Verification Guide

Seller verification is an essential part of MythrilVault. It helps protect both buyers and sellers, prevents fraud, and ensures that only legitimate users are allowed to sell on the platform.

We strongly recommend completing verification on a mobile device, as you will need to take and upload photos during the process.

Seller Verification Steps

Seller verification on MythrilVault consists of four simple steps:

Step 1: Choose Seller Type

Select whether you will be selling as:

• •An individual seller, or Team

This selection determines how your verification is processed.

Step 2: Enter Your Personal Details

Fill in your personal information exactly as it appears on your ID:

• •First name
• •Last name
• •Middle name (if applicable)
• •Date of birth
• •Nationality
• •Country of residence

Make sure all details are accurate and complete.

Step 3: Upload Your ID with Verification Note

Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID.

You must also:

• •Hold a paper note with "MythrilVault" handwritten on it, or
• •Have the MythrilVault website clearly visible in the background

Both your ID and the note / website must be clearly readable.

Step 4: Take a Live Selfie

Take a selfie while holding the same ID you uploaded earlier.

Requirements:

• •Your face must be fully visible
• •No face coverings, filters, or obstructions
• •Both your face and the ID must be clearly visible

Once all steps are completed, your verification will be submitted for review.

Verification is not submitted unless all steps are completed.

What You Need Before Starting

Before beginning verification, please make sure you have:

• •A valid international ID with Latin characters
• •Passport is strongly recommended
• •A device with a front and back camera
• •A piece of paper and a pen

During verification, you will be required to:

• •Show your ID clearly
• •Hold a paper with "MythrilVault" handwritten on it

Verification Review Time

• •Most verifications are reviewed within a few hours
• •During high-volume periods, reviews may take up to 24 hours
• •You will be notified once a decision is made

Data Security & Privacy

• •All verification data is protected using end-to-end encryption
• •Your information is used only for verification and security
• •Verification images are stored securely and deleted after the required retention period
• •Your data is never shared with third parties

Important Notes

• •You must be 18 years or older to verify as a seller
• •Verification must be completed by the MythrilVault account owner
• •Uploading incorrect, edited, or unrelated images may result in delays or rejection

Seller verification is a one-time process for most users and is required to unlock selling and withdrawal features on MythrilVault.
