Seller Rules & Guidelines

Prepare to sell on MythrilVault by understanding and following these rules.

Failure to comply may result in order cancellation, fund withholding, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

If you sell game accounts, make sure to also review the Account Seller Rules, as additional requirements apply.

1. Delivering Orders

On-Time Delivery

Sellers must complete orders within the delivery time specified in the listing. Occasional delays may happen, but repeated late deliveries or failures to deliver can lead to listing removal or account penalties.

Late or Partial Delivery

If an order cannot be completed on time or in full:

•You must inform the buyer immediately
•You must obtain buyer approval before proceeding

Delivering late or partially without buyer consent may result in a full refund if a dispute is raised.

Marking Orders as Delivered

Orders should only be marked as Delivered after the full service or item has been completed.

Marking an order as delivered prematurely—whether partially completed or not delivered at all—makes the seller fully liable in disputes.

Initial Response Requirement

For orders with delivery times of 1 hour or longer, sellers must send an initial message within 30 minutes of order placement to confirm availability and progress.

Failure to respond may result in automatic order cancellation.

2. Prohibited Seller Behavior

Fraud & Scamming

Any form of scamming, deception, or intentional misuse of the platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban. MythrilVault operates under a zero-tolerance policy.

Outside Communication

All communication must remain within the MythrilVault chat system.

Sharing external contact details (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) is strictly forbidden

External Payments

All payments must be processed through MythrilVault.

Discussing or attempting to arrange off-platform payments is prohibited and may lead to account termination.

Advertising & Promotion

Advertising other websites, marketplaces, personal stores, or unrelated services within listings or chats is not allowed.

Professional Conduct

Sellers must treat buyers respectfully at all times.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, abusive language, or intimidation—regardless of the situation—will result in penalties.

3. Handling Disputes

Required Response Times

Sellers are required to cooperate promptly during disputes:

•Account & Boosting Orders (Coming soon): Respond within 12 hours
•Currency & Item Orders (Coming soon): Provide required information within 2 hours
•Pending Delivery Orders: Confirm delivery immediately after completion

Failure to respond within these timeframes may result in an automatic refund to the buyer.

4. Feedback & Fairness

Feedback Integrity

Buyers are entitled to leave honest feedback.

Attempting to manipulate, pressure, or retaliate against feedback is not allowed.

Seller Conduct

Disrespecting, impersonating, or falsely accusing other sellers is prohibited.

These rules apply across all categories, including:

•Accounts
•Currency
•Items
•Boosting services

5. Marketplace Standards

Holding of Funds

If fraud or serious violations occur, MythrilVault may temporarily hold seller funds to compensate affected buyers. Remaining balances may be released only after investigation completion.

No Randomized Offers

Listings involving lotteries, raffles, or random outcomes (e.g., "chance-based rewards") are not permitted.

Original Listings

Product descriptions must be original and accurately describe the service or item offered.

Duplicate or copied listings may be removed.

Fair & Realistic Pricing

Listings with misleading, deceptive, or unrealistic pricing may be removed without notice.

Correct Categories

All listings must be posted under the correct game and category.

Boosting services may be listed under items only if the primary outcome is item delivery.

6. Seller Eligibility Requirements

•Sellers must be 18 years or older
•Only one seller account per individual is allowed unless approved
•Teams may share access internally but remain fully accountable for all actions

7. Fraudulent Delivery Methods

Using delivery methods that put the buyer's account, items, or currency at risk is strictly prohibited.

This includes unsafe transfers, reversible methods, or actions that increase the likelihood of loss.

8. Improving Your Listings

Clear & Accurate Descriptions

Listings should be concise, accurate, and relevant.

Avoid unnecessary information or misleading claims.

•Titles should clearly reflect the actual service or item

Image Usage

Do not use copyrighted images owned by game developers or third parties unless permitted.

Listings containing unauthorized images may be removed.

MythrilVault reserves the right to review, investigate, and enforce these rules at any time to ensure a safe and fair marketplace for all users.
