I Have Delivered the Order, but the Buyer Did Not Confirm Delivery
If you have delivered the order and the buyer has not confirmed delivery, there is no need to worry. MythrilVault has an automatic system in place to handle this.
⏳ Buyer Review Period
After you mark the order as delivered:
- •The buyer has up to 3 days to review and confirm delivery
- •This period allows the buyer to verify the account and access
✅ Automatic Acceptance
If the buyer does not confirm or raise an issue within 3 days:
- •The order is automatically marked as completed
- •No further action is required from the seller
💰 Funds Release to Wallet
Once the order is completed:
- •Funds are credited to your MythrilVault wallet after 5 days
- •You can then submit a withdrawal request using the available payout methods
🛡 Seller Protection
As long as:
- •Full account details were delivered correctly
- •Delivery was made through MythrilVault chat
- •The order was marked as delivered properly
You remain protected under platform rules.
📩 When to Contact Support
Contact support only if:
- •The buyer disputes delivery without valid reason
- •The buyer claims missing access after details were shared
- •A dispute is opened despite correct delivery

- •Confirm delivery only after full access is provided
- •Keep all communication on-platform
In most cases, orders complete automatically without any issues.
