⚠️ Feedback Rules (Seller & Buyer)
- •Sellers may not request, pressure, or incentivize feedback
- •Buyers may not use feedback as leverage or threats
- •Feedback manipulation, coercion, or abuse is prohibited
Violations may result in moderation action.
🧹 When Feedback May Be Removed or Adjusted
MythrilVault may review and remove feedback if it meets any of the following conditions:
- •Blackmail or Coercion
Feedback used to demand refunds, discounts, or extra benefits
- •Feedback Bombing
Multiple negative feedback entries intended to harm a seller rather than reflect genuine experiences
- •Duplicate Feedback
Repeated or identical feedback left for the same issue or order
- •Unrelated Feedback
Feedback that does not relate to the order, listing, or seller performance
- •Mutual Agreement
Both buyer and seller confirm the issue was resolved and agree to remove or revise feedback
- •Policy Violations
Feedback containing threats, hate speech, false accusations, or prohibited content
- •System or Technical Errors
Feedback posted due to platform malfunction or misattribution
Each case is reviewed individually. Removal is not automatic and requires verification.
